You my friend are talking about two different things. On one hand, you are talking about asymmetrical warfare, and now you are talking about standing ground.

There is nothing wrong with using a bolt action sniper rifle as long as it serves its purpose in a defined context.

Mate, i'm not saying you shouldn't use a bolt action sniper rifle... but it should at least have a magazine...so you won't lose time reloding your rifle manually.

What we learned in the military was. A sniper need 5 seconds to aim and shoot after his first shot. So, you are in prone position. Bang, you heard the the sniper shot, 1 second to get up, 3 second dash towards sniper, 1 second in to prone position again. (Also, you do some faking moves to surprise the sniper, also you are communicating your team mates to which one of you do the running.). So, sniper will already losing time while aiming now add, manually reloading the rifle....so you can dash for more than 3 seconds and close the distance between yourself and the sniper more quickly.... this is how i think, as i said i'm not expert in these issues.

the problem is you don't understand what is Asymmetrical warfare is . Hezbollah faced Israel in a battlefield without any woman and children around and they did it in Asymmetrical warfare or you believe they fight Israel from Beirut while the war was south of litany river !!!!?
If Hezbollah have been hidden behind women and children in the cities the Israel was in Beirut at the end of the first week and stranded and surrounded south of Litany river while having 15 to 20 time numeric advantage .
what Taliban do is a pale imitation of asymmetrical warfare .

The point is, i don't think any other country whom have a professional army is training your soldiers at the moment. As we wouldn't had see these basic mistakes.

Iran has its own system for training and many friendly nations soldiers come to Iran to get trained or Iran send advisory to train them... beside, I can,t give some deep info public here but to give you a clue... Iran has managed to create new training system with regard to its needs and current and future threats... have you heard about Iranian Future Soldier program? It is only %10 of a bigger, secret (for now) strategic program that turns Iranian army including infantry or other parts into some 21th century (or maybe 22th Century) style army. For instance, there will be new systems that allow all individual soldiers or units to work on their independence by their own initiative... there will be multiple central commands... AI super computer systems that coordinate and connect directly to soldiers through new communication protocols... Google BASIR Project for more info... for example, commanders can have access to Camera and sensors and health sensors of each and every soldier..their performance individually and united.. fighters have connection and real-time coordination with each and every soldier or command unit... radars included... it will be a system that not even an electronic warfare or electro magnetic pulse can take the system down as they use a totally different initiative and base system.. it will be like when they lose a part of unit..they still can get themselves together and be in harmony and act as planned... I ,m almost sure USA also has such plans but non came into play yet... I wonder which army will reveal the new different 21th cen army system
PS: didn,t I tell you how much respect and love I have for you Turkish brothers?? if I didn,t..then I do it now... I respect your nation and each and every Turk... they are one of the worthy nations we have today in world... God knows how much I ,m happy when I hear of Turkey introducing any achievements...
