Who is the real enemy of Pakistan? Your opinion please.

.
The key is to resolve all issues with India (and also Afghanistan) and start doing business with each other. Look at Bangladesh, they became richer by doing just that.

Europeans were at each others throat just a few decades ago, now they have a policy where you can travel among EU countries without a visa.

No India is a danger to South Asia

As hindutva poison spreads,, trade or anything with India becomes impossible

Animosity means freedom

And then people ask why Pakistan is in the current mess.

Please tell us who is the real reason behind the suffering of people of Pakistan.

1) West
2) India
3) Some Pakistanis
4) Someone else.

Please tell us, and I will also give my opinion, but may be later.

Let's bring every enemy of Pakistan to light.
Let's discuss people and factors.

@Mentee @MastanKhan @DESERT FIGHTER @ziaulislam
I would say the West and India.

Spot on.
That is indeed the single most important factor. For Pakistan to move away from a 'Security State' mindset, peace has to be established at the borders. The Establishment's influence will also decrease after that. There will be ripple effects--positive ones-- across all segments of Pakistan after that. And one day Pakistan and India will HAVE to make peace with each other; the geographic compulsions dictate that. So why delay the inevitable.

Whats the point of asking again and again?

We all know whose the root of all this fiasco.

It's current mess is because of politics

But India is a communal disaster a d that hindutva poison is not something you can deal with, you have to destroy it

Animosity with India always meant freedom for Pakistan

Friendship and trade was always dangerous, we risked our elite being seduced by money and Investment,, animosity ensured that didn't happen

Animosity is more important today then ever

It’s okay if you feel that.

I’m glad we still have people like @Meengla who believe otherwise. Hum hongey kaamyaab !

To many unfortunate posts some by Indians and others by their alt-accounts.. Nothing really authentic Pakistani point of view is shared here.

Some are even misleading or misunderstanding the thread itself its asking about a simple question which is who are our enemies?

In My opinion our enemies are in separate categorizes..

1. India (Our only legit enemy) There can never be compromise with them because they are an extremist element. They don't want us here on this world because it is a mentally ill elements with inferiority complex added with their revenge romantics because they feel wronged and overrall deluded elements.

2. US: A foe who is weirdly obsessed with Pakistan for the last 75 years and a foe who strangely enough holds pakistan to a higher standard pedestal behind the scenes then Pakistan has for itself which is surprising. We don't share borders with them or nothing and Just someone who we would wish off our backs for good but they are extremely obsessed with us..

They are like Boomerang if you throw it out it returns after making a round about. Example now it seems as if they have chosen India in this and btw just look in few years max 1-2 years they will regret that decision and flip-flap again and worst case is that this is a foe who comes to you as an ally but is actully your foe. A major snake

The biggest enemy to Pakistan in my opinion is the mindset of Pakistanis themselves and the institutional negligence (severe corruption, nepotism, general carelessness, low motivation, lack of work ethic, innovation).

After these two, I would say our immediate neighbours to the left and right.

Faujis is just a scapegoat, the culture of the fauj is one the average person in Pakistan possesses, the same ones crying about the fauj, if it were them in the fauj, would be doing the exact same thing, possibly worse.

The fauj represents the moral bankruptcy, carelessness and lack of motivation of the Pakistani people. Your institutions are a representation of your culture and character.

The reason for Pakistan's slow, or non-existent, improvement over the past many decades is cultural. Pakistani culture does not reward individual merit either economically or with respect. Until Pakistani culture reduces the affects of tribalism, feudalism, religious bigotry and sexism, it will not progress at a pace with other societies that have diminished the debilitating affects of these cultural practices. Individual merit must be cultivated and celebrated in order for Pakistan to improve the lives of its citizens. Focus on external "enemies" is part and parcel of the weakness the pervasive Pakistani mindset.
