Those video who saw surrender is the army border personal who are manned the post that time. every border post have 8-10 person manning it. And they surrender , nothing great in it. 8-10 personal fight as much as they can and when their ammunition ran out they surrender.

BUT why Chinese run away when Indian Army mobilise it Army from its bases in India and started to reach border?

Why dose Winning army return back when they saw Entire Indian army coming?

The Chinese spoon feed Indian pow back to health after being capture, they return the pow to India along with all kind of ammunition, weapons, tank, even a helicopter.

If the Central Government so decides or a deteriorating external environment so demands，China is capable of building 10 CVs concurrently and have them all commissioned within 5 years。

There are at least 5 shipyards（DL、JN、HD、SWS and GSI spring to mind）with the necessary expertise，facilities and technical manpower to complete the tasks to satisfaction。

China is not in an arms race with any country，rather the nation adopts a measured，step-by-step approach to an all-round development。
