Hi PDFians
As we all know Afghanistan has entered into a new era with previous India and US supported anti pakistan terrorist regime removed. Previously as a pakistani it was extremely dangerous to visit afghanistan but now with pro pakistan government overthere and as in the past crime rates under Taliban regime proved to quite low. This is the perfect opportunity to visit afghanistan and explore it's culture, food and beauty. Afghanistan has largely untouched by tourists for the past 40 years because of wars and conflicts. Afghanistan has a unique stunningly beautiful landscape, culture, history and mouth watering food. I am soon planning to visit it guys.
If you are aware of any specific beautiful places in afghanistan , cuisines or dishes etc please do post it in this thread with pics .
AND NOW FOR THE OBVIOUS REASONS INDIANS STAY OUT FROM THIS THREAD AND FEEL ENVY FROM DISTANCE

Let em clean out the mess First, for 40 years Thier land was being used for all kinds of things

Don't see peace returning with in at least 3-4 years minimum

Let the depleted uranium halve and the country be demined before contemplating a visit.
Things are not as bad as shown in media . Media has developed a wrong perception about Afghanistan.
With lesser population and bigger territory afghanistan is much cleaner and hygienic than pakistan despite being a war torn country.

Salaam

Probably after a few years once things settle down and there is a proper government in place. At this point the Taliban are a fighting force, once they have transitioned to a government as well, and the security situation improves, sure.
Ofcourse that's what I mean. No one is going to visit now as it's still in turmoil.

. . . . . .
As a Taliban interpreter ?
Well my cousin already working at a accounting firm in Kabul . He is quite happy overthere. He told me that things are not as bad as we see from Pakistan.

Lolz No. I have colleagues working there as well and things are much better now. The coming few months are very important and if things go right, we will have a new era.

Would Jinnah visit Taliban Afghanistan if he was alive though? 🤔 Think of that.
He would for sure.
We may differ in ideologies but as long as an ideology represent the people of that particular country it's fine. Jinnah was very much against any kind of foreign involvement as he himself was a victim of British invasion.

Definitely. Would love to travel through Afghanistan in the coming years. I like Afghani food too.

And I have heard that the night sky in rural Afghanistan is like no where else due to little to no light pollution. I'm a avid stargazer so that's really great for me.

Do not need to travel there to taste the food. Got two local Afghan restaurants which serve variety of Afghan cuisines.
