Who benefits from Pakistan's loss of US aid?

How do you benefit from this?

I am an ordinary citizen. This aid never ever reaches me but gets written under my name as a citizen of Pakistan.
Why carry the extra responsibility i say !!

Take it like this, If you salary is 25010 Pkr , one day you find out that now your Salary is 25,000 pkr , how much effect that will do in your life ?
