In conventional terms Turkish Navy, but overall power Pakistani navy is more powerful and has technology none of the Muslim countries navies don't possess.

South east Asia includes Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Its better to say Bangladesh navy is best in the bay of Bengal.

Sir, there is no Muslim country EAST of South EAST ASIA (there is only Japan, Australia and New Zealand and some very small islands), which has a bigger navy than Bangladesh. So Sir @arp2041 is correct in his statmement this time ( even though he trolls most of the time when it comes to Bangladesh).

Bay of Bengal has West Bengal. West Bengal Police has the biggest Navy there :D

Not sure about Philippines, but India is blocked by Pakistan :omghaha:

Wow, we all know how strong OIC is :sarcasm:

Is there any link which states India approached OIC to become a member/observer state ?

And Turkey is neither too! It is a secular democracy just like India. :P Only 18 percent want Turkey to be an Islamic state!

There is a big difference between secular Muslims and Non- Muslims- it should be obvious- :)-

Turkey and Iran. Rest is not worth mentioning.

why Iran?-
you think midget subs and flying boats makes a good navy?-
