Who are the most chilled Indians?

From my experience: mallus and goans are the most chilled out. Well goans are basically lazy as they get cheap daaru there. Living in Chennai I find it amazing how cool mallus are, complete contrasts of their eastern neighbors

Punjabis are also very chill but NE Indians come on top of this list
