I'm reading BD press, wanting to get an idea what's going on in the country, but so far the meaning eludes my comprehension.

I already explained this in great detail here,

. .
Talking about Chetona Gang, Asaduzzaman Noor and his unrelated big brother the late Ali Zaquer were big money makers for Indian products (they owned Asiatic advertising, a media firm) and were involved in all sorts of Indian media/propaganda activity since 1971.

I know from very close personal sources that Ali Zaquer was on the payroll of Indian Banyas and spent more than 3/4th of any year in India, most of it in Kolkata.

Him and his wife Sara Zaquer had a rented luxury flat in Alipore area as a second home. Bangladeshi Chetona Gang (Singers and Gay dancers) as well as Indian Banyas interested in Bangladesh Business opportunities loved to visit him there and most large Chetona Indian supporters ran (and still run) Indian cultural propaganda affairs in Bangladesh. Since Asaduzzaman Noor is getting old - I'm sure the baton has passed onto other people. Ali Zaquer passed away sometime ago and his son Iresh Zaquer is involved in TV soaps and stage dramas.

These people are at the forefront of arranging Hindu-influenced cultural events in Bangladesh, such as "Ramna Botomul song-dance event" and "Mongol (Holy) Shovajatra (procession)" on a yearly basis (on 1st day of the Bengali New year). These are anti-Islamic events and have nothing in connection to what our culture actually is.

I am no Jamaati, but why should we tow Indian Hindu culture when India itself is towing Western culture??

This is hilarious to me.

Pro India people ( you can call Indian boot licker low life swines; however there are some exceptions , as some people are really emotional, so I would call them as victim) are called chetona gang ,and it's not related to the real spirit of our freedom fight , rather people who use it as political tool and also business tool for their own benefits are called chetona gang.

The true spirit of our freedom fight was the annihilation of disparity ,discrimination and abolishing class differences.

But the chetona gang pretend to be the sole agent of the spirit of freedom fight, and declare others as razakar who slightly disagree with them.

In reality lots of people who were Razakars in 1971 freedom war,and their grand children became chetona khors ( khor is a derogatory word for drug addicts ) and became extremely vicious only to prove themselves more chetona than others; same as some neo converted people show untra emotion to their new religion as a show off.

They are basically low lives.

However press never use the word chetona gang or chetona khor , it's the common people who use the term sarcastically.

@Bilal9 bhai, I don't think that you need to clarify that you aren't jamati ( please completely ignore those culprits who see Jamati in India hater common Bangladeshi people, and if Bangladeshi people hate India, they hate it for right reason.) .

As you don't have to be a jamati supporter in order to bash those chetona khor Bastards.

Every sane person hate fanatics; be it chetona fanatic ,or religious fanatics (Jamatis or others )
.

They are the burden of free society and also enemy of a sovereign nation. They are culprit and must be neutralised and must be hated , period .

We are free people of a sovereign nation, so we don't have to be apologetic to these minority chetona culprits who tag everyone as Razakar/Jamati , who criticise their master India.

Why do you get pointlessly angry about this? Like why does it matter. I can organize an event to celebrate the flying spaghetti monster tomorrow. If they want to do it they can. Its an event people can choose to go to. Bilal is always sperging out about foreign invaders and influence when its nowhere near as malicious.

I honestly don't think chetona is anywhere near as bad as Jamaatis. These people don't even think women should have basic rights and they have more influence overall.

Anyways the culture and attitudes towards women have to change in Bangladesh. Posters like Bilal think everything is a foreign conspiracy when the government needs to start implementing more liberal ideas towards women in the workplace. Instead women get degrees to be better trophy wives that sit at home. China had 80% female labor participation in 1990 meanwhile Bangladesh cannot even get to 50%.

If you want Chinese level growth you need China level policies.

Nowadays chetona khors became even more vicious than jamatis. Please watch Facebook for better understanding.

However as I already said, chetona gang has nothing to do with, "Muktizudher chetona" , but some anti Bangladeshi culprits ( raw paid moles ) are now pretending to be the sole agent of freedom fight , to divide Bangladeshi people.

After 50 years of our independence no one is actually against the freedom fight. Most of people were born in independent Bangladesh ( including young jamati supporters) , so they have no reason to serve Pakistani purpose instead of their own country Bangladesh.

On the other hand , the so called Chetona gang is nothing but some extreme people who are serving raw purpose , because if Bangladesh remain divided, they will be beneficial.

Pakistan has no land border with us, so they can't harm us even if they want.

And about women rights, it's different topic. It's not only jamatis , but almost all Islamist parties have itching related to women rights.

Yes true we need to desperately boost women in the workplace. I can tell you my aunt has a college degree but she has never worked a day in her life instead just sitting at home being a stay at home mother taking care of her kids. I don't really browse facebook anymore because it always the loudest idiots promoting conspiracy theories. I stopped using it after seeing conspiracy theories about Jews on there. Not to mention people promoting natural cures to cancer and other nonsense.

Singing and Dancing is part of Indian Hindu religious culture. Both North and South India has many forms of devotional Song and Dance at temples and also in popular culture.

Even WB Indian Hindu culture encourages "Devi Bandana" devotional songs. Chetona crowd is encouraging that kind of Hindu devotional culture in Bangladesh with dawn barefoot processions (Provat Ferry) and laying wreaths at Shaheed Minar on 21st February, Devotional songs at 1st of Baishakh under the Banyan tree. These nincompoops want to be more Bengali Hindu than WB Hindus themselves.

BTW Buira/Buddhe Khans are also catering to the Indian Song/Dance culture and crowd...

Islam teaches austere, quiet devotion to Allah and is generally conservative in approach, it frowns upon song and of course, dance.

Whirling dervishes, religious songs are not mainstream Islam.
