Who are really Irans leaders?

On paper yes but in peace time its Iran president that have most of power elements
Well, he can veto the president if he wish to right? He is the Commander in Chief of IRGC. Also the history of clash between Majles e Khobregaen members and Supreme leader didn't go well for the members I heard. So, I assume may be he is the most powerful. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

Ayatollah khamenei is head of all armed forces and first power based on Iran constitution but during peace time there is no activity in armed forces they just try to improve and stay ready be it Army or IRGC .
meanwhile look at other sectors like economy and culture and industry and etc all of them have ministers and its president who chose its ministers , that means millions of people working under these ministries and directly or indirectly answering to government and get their monthly pays from Ruhani's government .
all of the armed forces getting about 5-10% of budget and compare to other sectors its nothing compare to other 90-95% . so its government that get the bigger peace of pie and its government that control more people .

All you need to know, all major industries are owned by mulla, and to start any tiny shop you need license from mulla clergy, as long you are not politically and religiously clean, you can't run a cigarette shop or find a job.

On political side, Iran has killed all Muslims and only Shia and atheist are let to live.
Where Atheist are majority in Iran and they go along nicely with mulla clergy and act as a tool to ensure Iranian interests in west.

If its a matter of defense, its Indians who have precedence over local atheists.
I wonder how you reach such conclusion .
