As for Dr. Li Wenliang,
The potential for there to be a new virus was first reported to the Chinese CDC on Dec. 27th, and then a second report was communicated on December 29th. On Dec 31, China informed WHO of the virus.
Dr. Li Wenliang's messages came at Dec. 30th 5:43pm, well after there was an ongoing investigation.
Li was detained, questioned and released on January 3, 2020.

Its bullshit that the doctor made it better. In fact it made it worst.
It hillarious how they wiggle to justify Trump downplaying and the US censoring US doctors as "preventing panic" (if they not flat out deflect and scream "whataboutism" as if its an argument) days, weeks and months after China figured it all out and already made the problem public, nevermind countless other countries doing the same, while simultaneously trying to lay blame on China putting a NDA on a doctor for the same reason before the threat could be identified and qualified in the first weeks of the outbreak and pretend its completely unreasonable.

any way china should allow now if there is any doctor who wants to speak .

Really? If now Chinese doctor praise great action by to CCP takes to stop the epidemic. Will u accept it? Seeking truth is never your aim. Spread lies and create fear with misinformation are your only concern.
Almost most countries suffered while China is the only few countries heavily affected but managed to beat the epidemic.
No one is a moron (at least here I would hope) to be happy at your suffering.
An entire planeload of Indians from Wuhan (small business owners mainly) landed in New Delhi.
Long before this exploded globally.
Zero advisory from China.
You guys have given this plague to the world. And you hid it till it was impossible to hide it anymore.
