Whatever happens in and around Middle East, flow of its oil never stops and neither its supply routes are blocked
How they do it?
This is done very tactfully. Right after the WWII that although most of the western colonies were set free at the end of war but Middle East for its known potential of abundance of Mineral oil and being the hub of Economic resources was although vacated but not set as free. After 1956, when the last Arab stalwart Colonial Jamal Abdul Nasser of Egypt was subdued in Suez War, the Colonial Masters on vacating the Middle East, installed and left certain monarchies, kingship and authoritarian Emirates intact to run and rule the states with the arrangement to remain as western allies.
At the turn of 21st century all the nations see themselves free of all the oppressions and the mass media communication has brought a real freedom to the peoples and entire world has become a global village. But in the Middle East in the Muslim world a status quo is maintained. The regimes of Iraq and Libya are subjected to the terrible western Gulf Wars; these nations are decimated; their leaders and ruling elites wiped out and countries are now in western fold. Syrian regime is about to scum to the onslaught of western induced subversion war. Iran is next on list and is finding itself strangulated by the strict International sanctions. The other countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan located at the outskirt of Middle East are subjected to US lead ‘war on terror’ and are left to bleed and deplete.
Whereas the authoritarian Monarch, Kings, Amir and princes and the ruling elites of Middle East remain the sole proprietors of the revenue earned from export of oil produced by the foreign western companies, the society mostly comprising of tribal masses are kept secluded and at the mercy of rulers who at their whims and wills may disburse a limited numeration in the name of welfare of people. The exposure of hierarchy to western world has brought some development in the fields of education and civic amenities in the urban areas, where better living conditions and development of trades and investments owned by the rulers is seen at its boom but in general the estates remain as ‘shut and closed’ societies under the authoritarian draconian rules.
Islam is the prime religion practiced but it mainly serves as a tool in the hands of ruler, only to exercise the strict control over the masses. Ironically masses are kept divided in different sects on purpose. Saudi Arabia is mostly Sunni Salafist and the bully on the block, whereas Iraq, Syria, UAE, Yemen, Qatar and Bahrain have mixed creeds of Sunnis as well as Shiites. Iran on the other side of Persian Gulf is predominantly Shiites.
House of Saud the custodian of two Holy places of Mekka and Medina believes that Sunni Salafist ideology is the true face of Islam which must be followed in spirit and letter by all the Muslims of the world and be enforced in the countries through violent Jihad where necessary. Saudi Arabia remains the main exporter of terrorism in Muslim world and runs madrasahs in many countries where highly paid militant followers remain bent upon eroding the writ of the ruling governments through their brutal killing, sectarian strife and spread of fear and terror. Al Saud tyranny rules almost the entire Middle East and beyond.
Rule of tyranny remains is the haul mark of all the Monarchs, kings, Amir and ruling elites in the Middle East to keep their authoritative Government running. Sectarian hatred must be induced and escalated among the masses to keep them segregated and at bay by aiding and allowing sectarian strife. While the masses remain busy engaged in their fights among themselves; may it be through massacre, carnage or destruction. Divide of masses serves the oppressors in two folds. Rulers feel safe in power while masses are busy killing each other and on the other hand western power producing and exporting oil also remain happy as to have to deal with one…dictator. Sure this strife must be kept heightened to an irreversible state for which Western power also very happily supply arms, Ammo and equipment and monitory aid to the sects of their choices.
It is seen, especially during and after, the two US lead Gulf wars against Iraq and in war on terror that sectarian strife and carnage shown in the media also served the means to camouflage and conceal the US atrocities committed against the state.
In other somewhat liberal Arab States like Egypt, Tunis, Algeria in the west where a democratic movement named as Arab Spring was seen coming on surface to bring in a change in society but this movement is dealt with vehemently. It is suppressed and is…now hijacked.
In the wake of Arab Spring, previously the democratically elected Brotherhood party in Egypt has very conveniently been deposed with the help of army. President Morsi is put behind bar. Saudi Arabia has come forward by pouring in some 12 Billion dollar in aid to back and support Egyptian military to revert back to previous status quo. Saudi backed Salafist Al Nour party is poised to be seen soon in power.
US is maintaining a strong ring of its might by its 5th US Naval fleet around Middle East with its Naval headquarters in Manamah, Bahrain, strong air force bases in Saudi Arabia and Central US Command headquarters in Abū Nakẖlah previously known as Al Hudaid in Qatar.
We have also seen that presently in Syrian saga... that how induction of sectarian strife is used as a tool to start a nation bleed and Syria with a ‘western and Al Saud and Qatari friendly help' to the rebels is now bleeding like hell. To give it a final blow Syria is alleged to have used never gas to kill its people. Absurd it may be and this allegation is not new but with the ‘friendly help’ it is but certain that soon Syrian will see their skies lit by US, British or France cruise missile fires and another sovereign country… Syria will be seen going down.
But you must see that whatever happens in and around Middle East; flow of oil and gas never stops and neither its supply routes are blocked.
