probably spanish..its more spread around the world after english.arabic and chinese are more in a particular region.

Chinese is mostly for communication between Chinese people.

I have seen a LOT of foreigners trying to learn Chinese, and only a handful of them ever become fluent in it. I guess it's just hard for foreigners to learn, especially the writing.

It is very hard....especially to write....Nevertheless, Chinese alphabets make very beautiful tatoos

Believe it or not, I speak English, Chinese and Spanish fluently and I wish I learnt Arabic instead

But in term of communication which is why you need languages, Spanish is the second most important

but do you seriously believe that Bengali is second most influential Language at international level ? :)

Spanish is quite common as a second language worldwide, I would say mandarin but that only really spoken in China.
