Pakistan needs to get rid of corruption what ever the sources are and at whatever cost..since there is not one nation that has succeeded before it got rid of all forms of corruption or at least most of them.. there are facts that can be verified easily..

Depends on how do you define Corruption. We have a very narrow definition of Corruption in Pakistan.
Although Public sector Organizations are highly Inefficient and their is a lot of Embezzlement of funds. Their is no sense of responsibility. And Private sector entities are very efficient only when it comes to profit generation by hook or by crook. But they are 1000 times more corrupt then Public sector entities if you consider a broader definition of corruption. Industry as a whole
1-Evades Taxation and corporate compliance
2-Do not transfer legally transferable benefits to its employees
3-Earn high Profits and do not fulfill their Social Responsibilities towards Public Welfare, environment, Research & Development.
4-Overwork and Underpay the labor force.
5-Utilize the funds available to them (Whether from Financing or Profit Accumulation) on non productive activities n turn Jamming the whole Monitory and Economic Activity Cycle
6-Don't Innovate and turned our country into "Import house" with very little in house Value Addition causing this current BOP Crisis.

Root cause of ignoring corruption of private sector is that we assume all the above stated responsibilities are optional for the private sector. And Private sector do much more damage to national economy and society compared to some funds embezzlement of Public sector.
National wealth is not "Abbu Ji" ka ghar. It comes with a lot of national responsibility. Those who own most of it including bankers, Industrialists, Financial Institutions, Business community as a whole don't take a pint of this Mental. Simply paying zakat at year end and feeding some poor is all they think of as their HOLY responsibility.

Clarification, I am not defending Public Sector and Government. I have my whole life professional career in Private sector Job and Advisory Consultancy. But we keep ignoring private sector and blaming everything on Government which is not fair and will not improve our situation.

One has a profit motive one doesn't. One has competition the other doesnt. One has to spend its annual taxpayer budget. So it can justify the same or bigger budget next year. The other saves because it earns its money. Corruption comes with free taxpayer money and no competition. Govt companies treat u like refuse because they don't need you to get their money.

Companies can also form monopolies and undertake illegal activities to make sure their competition have no money so essentially just like a government people would be forced to pay them money, only here a company can't be voted out or overthrown.

Government or company it doesn't really matter. You have to have fair laws and and you have to stop corruption at every level.

private companies not allow employees to do much corruption but employees in govt companies easily do corruption,private companies are mostly involved in tax theft

Tali do haath say bajti hai. It is private companies giving bribes to government officials that is the biggest corruption.
