because britain has a lot more experience AND experience of winning in them even in 2014. the british military has been fighting non stop for a 100 years. google that phrase. there was a times article or something.

Germany has the strongest economy and the biggest capability to build an army in a short period. So they are number one in my book.

Second one is the British. They have a very modern and capable army.

Third choice is the French.
