Actually Europe wasn't united under Hitler. I can only speak for India and Indians. The Mauryan Empire ruled for 200 yrs. That's a big deal to Indians. It shows that no matter what anyone states, we were all united at one time. And today, here we are again.

But they didn't Rule ALL of India for 200 years.
Just like Mughals didn't rule ALL of India for 300 years.

The largest extent was during the Rein of Asoka, just like the largest extent was during Aurangzeb.

Yes it matters what anyone states because again, India was only "United" for less that 1% of it's history.
Europe was more united than India ever was.

I missed some countries like Japan, but Japan come to relevance only after 1905.
or Arab/ME countries, but I really cannot expeled Turkey and add some other muslim country, becouse any other muslim country cant stand a chance against Turkish history + Pax Ottomana brings peace for many centuries in such troubled area like ME.
