What's new

Whether India invites me or not, I will visit India. Nawaz Sharif

In case of all out war, India would most probably have opened punbab/rajasthan front... kargil is difficult to take back because of terrain, whoever is on top will kill loads of people (if they have access to supplies). India actually faced heavy casualty.
The airforce was not really that helpful I think, most give credit to bofors guns.

No one actually disputes this, but I'm taking about air denial, even if the air force wasn't that helpful, they did cause damage which could have been denied and even the artillery could have been denied if the PAF got involved.

Again, I don't want to keep derailing this thread.

Even if Pakistan denied. Had any wreckage of Indian aircrafts fallen in Indian territory, it would have led to India declaring war.
Just Pakistan denying would not make Delhi not go to war.

And war is something Pakistan can not afford.
