When do you wakeup in the morning and why ?

When do you wakeup in the morning and why ?
I wake up at 9:00 clock , eat breakfast , do the housework and then carry on with my life.
And you ?

Almost on Fajar no matter what time I sleep my brain alarm wake me up, do Namaz and sleep again till 8 or 9.

I wake up at 06.10 in the morning, which ties in well for the time of the morning prayer. I then eat, shave and leave the house by 06.55. My day starts at 08.00.

I wake up at 6:30 AM daily, except for Friday. I waste an hour listening to music & checking social media. Takes shower at 7:30 & finally goes to Gym at 8'O clock.

I wake-up at 0410 AM, feed to my chickens get myself prepared for duty and set off @ 0500. Fajar usually on the way. My duty starts @ 0600. Breakfast @ Office.

Wake up at 8:15. Have to drop my kid to school by nine and also manage to do breakfast in between. My Office starts at 10.

Usually I get sleepy at 11:00 PM after watching the 10:30 PM TV serial and then I sleep until 10 AM or 10:30. At a minimum I need eight hours of sleep.

But I am joining a computer course soon so will have to wake earlier then.

So you are okay with four to five hours of sleep??

I have mild insomnia so 4-5 hours of sleep is on good days
