I thought so. Didn't look like a LGB hit. If it was a near hit they would be flung more sideways. If a direct hit that vehicle would be in pieces.

I have seen this video many years ago. This BMP was hit by an IED not LGB. As you can see that the vehicle is pretty much intact in picture 10. Also these are not Talibans, this video is from either Serbian/Georgian or Chechian conflict.

The vehicle is not a BMP - It looks more like a BTR 60.

How did the F-14's reach Afghanistan from the carrier, intruding over Pakistan or Iran?

Although despite what it says in the text, it's no F-14 hit but targeted by an IED.
Pakistan did provide an air corridor to US forces but in any case US has F-18s and other strike elements based in Afghanistan.
