Mine is Sathoo, if anybody here has tasted it.

Satoo in India

Besides the above, it is popular in a diff form in East UP & Bihar. Multipurpose - drink it, eat it with onions or stuffed in rotis / paratha.

Very filling & cooling as well.

Partaken mostly by workers / farm hands.
