I just created this for the poor souls who suck at approaching and thus, lose the good they want.
So you , the talented and the experienced people of the world . Just give us some tips how we get to approach the person we have crush on. Its a serious thread, I hope the mods wont mind. Like my previous thread, its just a frank one and I expect serious and frank answers.
Other than being good looking, whats the best way to approach someone who is not that near to you . Lets say in a university your crush is from another department and your crush doesnt even know you and you rarely see them cause of not same department.

You are good looking but you are an extremely shy person , shy in the case of approaching .
How do we do that ? What else do you need to be fit in the criteria of 'approaching'?
What we need to say what we need to do. Things like these u know .

Which i am not in Approaching. So i will just review what @Indus Pakistan said.

1. You do not make a approach

Agree. No one will hug a stranger who come to him/her and says i love you. Thats weird.

2. You acquaint yourself with said person

Agree. Ask him/her to be friends. Show your interest in the persons personality.

3. Once acquainted you get closer to them in a friendly manner. Do you still like the other? If so

Yah. Wait for the right moment. But the waiting part shouldn’t exceed then a month, if you have already decided things in your mind and is clear about how its going to be. Give yourself and hom/her a month from the day you approach him/her for friendship. Too much waiting will turn you to BRo/sis. Being brozoned is the last thing you want... like we have seen in GOT.

4. You keep being more 'friendly' and unless the recipient is stone statue he should at some stage his bell should ring

Just Don’t wait too much. Please

5. How does he react after this. Does he tango? Or does he pull back

A Jorah in the making. When are you going to propose man ? What are you ? A Sloth ?

6. After this nature should take it's course. Nobody can give you a map for this. We are all unique

I don’t want to blame the “nature” and “destiny” for my losses in future times. Though i am ready to blame my actions. But thats something i did, not somethimg that happened to me. I wan’t to blame myself for my own mistakes not for what mature and destiny did to me. I will apporach the person, ask her for friendship. Give it sometime so that she is comfortable enough. Now tell her. I don’t want to stuck In a single trench for months.

Persistent eye contact will do it,,that alone will convey the msg.also no smiles.(smiling at unfamiliar faces gives a wrong impression)
After tht if he finds u attractive,,he will find out ways of approaching u.
