Once I traveled to Dubai, took a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Taxi driver was an Indian from Kerala, I thought he will kill me or want to convert me to hinduism.

But he turned out to be a nice guy. I gave him tip.

I like some old Bollywood too like Pakeeza, Aanad and Amer Prem; the new ones that I got to see a few years back were all either cheap Hollywood rip-offs or the same nauseating overly cliched love stories where people come out of the blue and start singing and dancing !

Ours are even worse !

A Gandassaaa wielding bloke who gets shot by a regiment's worth of ammunition and still manages to come out victorious !

Though recently some good ones are coming - Khuda Kay Liyee, Bol, Chambeliii and to a certain extent Waar !

you watch the movie then tell me if you do not die laughing... Karachi is a place where people sit and have quwalis and there are synchronised dances which apparently every girl learns because they manage to dance perfectly at a minutes notice. Or there are others which put the terminator to shame punching tiles and watching them explode (paralysed man in wheel chair punches tiles and moves around like a crocodile beating 4 people up while moving and every time he crawls every tile he punches blows up) That is 2 of the movies I have watched serious movies that make me laugh

lolll no I do not watch those, I have a thing against love movies where u must dance every 5 minutes.

Never watched one, but the way u describe it I should. But the next movie for me is Jurassic world on Monday, Cine-star Lahore in 3d with nachos and fries.

Was not in Pakistan at the time of Waar, will catch up on its latest part, coming out soon I guess. Yalgaar i guess or something of that sort. The rest are too emotional for me, I can not stand emotion, allergic to it

GoI has come to the conclusion that better relations with Pakistan are not possible and therefore has stopped any attempt at reconciliation.

As for reconciliation .. Well we tried everything to normalise the ties .. But it went to sh-t... After BJP came to power... Cancelling sec level talks that's how you started... and it went from there to outright threatening war and other breast thumping and more jingoism.

Many Pakistanis are giving too much credit to Bollywood and/or their print/electronic media than it is due. Hatred for Muslims in general and Pakistanis in particular is hardwired into the genome these people thanks to them being subject of so-called Muslim rulers for some 900 years. 2) It's not a big deal nor did it come out of the blue .. Pak had been meeting Hurriyat leaders since decades and it was more of a tradition to meet them whenever our PM or FO persons visited india .. So why the drama after this one ?
