So much nonsense in that post.
1) Israel had not plans to take Bint Jbeil. Israeli soldiers took its outskirts all dominating positions and advanced further.
2) Because of small resistance at outskirts one infantry battalion was sent into the city to check if Hezbies fled. In ambush 6 Israeli soldiers and 20 Hebzies were killed and they returned to previous plan.
3) Bint Jbeil was not leveled.
Its fine.
4) When IDF started moving deep to Lebanon in Marjaoyun and Ghanduriyeh, Hezbies could not even detain for half day this movement.
Nothing like that was in Arab Israeli wars. Many times entire IDF divisions were stopped and could not advance.
