oh come on, Don't act as if it could never happen. It most certainly can. Technology is something that easily spreads into masses. Telephony, case in point. GOI should just stay out of the way.

I bet you, by 2020, we'll have at least 500 million internet connections in India. May be China will cross a billion mark by then, but they have so many restrictions, it would be hard to listen to their voice. But anyways, Good luck to China and India.
