What's new

What Taliban think of India- in their own words

they have dismantled all their tents in galwan and withdrawn from other areas last year itself. In summer this year they didn't make any moves at all.

you don't have any peaks, those are just urban legends. PA itself doesn't make such claims

we moved into kashmir only after har singh acceeded.

In 1965 you started the war and we made you walk the plank

you lost 1971 and lost half your country

Nope China is still in ladakh

Suddenly we dont hold any peaks. They are now urban legends... Ok

Not even your own military acknowledges that. They acknowledge point 5353 at least.

The other 3 peaks are

Aftab 1
Bunker ridge
Saddle ridge

We still hold them...

RK Anand also confirms this

Your move into kashmir was countered when we pushed in. We took 2/5 of Kashmir.

1965 lul.

It depends on your pov who started it. You started the rann of kutch skirmish in 65 which could have prompted pak to launch op Gibraltar. One thing we do know. India pushed past the IB which is an open declaration of war.

All your assaults in lahore, sindh and Sialkot were stopped. They didn't complete their objectives.

If anyone walked the plank it was you. You took the higher casualties and your military performed terribly. That whilst you were fighting a much smaller country.

Western front in 71 was a ceasefire. The only real gains made by either country was in kargil and the chamb. You took kargil we took the chamb. Simple as. You didn't gain Bangladesh. You didn't get to annex it.

Anyways your talk of halfing Pakistan. Lol.

We literally quartered your akhand bharat.

just to correct some misconceptions and delusions....you guys really didn't think there will be a situation in Afghanistan where India won't come out tops did you?

Taleban deny that they have any Anti-India stand

They have stated Kashmir is India's internal matter

They have said they will not let Pak use Afghan soil against INdia. They also called India a 'great power of consequence'

This will hurt...

“No doubt that India is a significant country in the region, but is also worth mentioning that they have full information about Afghanistan because they know each other very well in the long history,” the Taleban said.
“They are aware of the Afghan aspirations, creeds and love for freedom. It is totally illogical they should plunge their nation into a calamity just for the American pleasure.”

as always, we win....again...
@Areesh 'ground reality as a whole'

It appears you have misunderstood the objective Pakistan has in Afghanistan vs what India has.

Does anyone actually believe that Pakistan needs Talibani forces to counter India? Pakistan has found a good ally in China for the purpose of countering India.

What Pakistan wants in Afghanistan from the Taliban is for them to not let India use Afghan territory against Pakistan. Everything else has to do with trade and such which is a different matter.

Pakistan was never going to use Afghan Talibani government forces to attack Kashmir or something.

India has been in investing heavily in Afghanistan for two decades and we see how that has shown results. The current Afghanistan government is very close with India and openly antipakistan.

A Taliban government will reduce Indian influence to the minimum so we could focus once again on the eastern border.

With regards to the fighters who currently fighting in Afghanistan and them shifting to Kashmir. That can be done without official Taliban support. Not all of them are Afghans and not all of them are Taliban officials.

There was a famous fighter from the last Afghanistan jihad against the Soviets called Commander Khattab. I think he was an Arab. I remember when Afghanistan jihad ended and after a bit he said heard of the Muslims fighting in Chechnya, he left for Chechnya. Fought there for more than a decade.

Then there is the Haqqani network you hear often from the US. These groups and others are fighting along side the Taliban but have separate identities. These can be mobilised. I've personally heard from a top leader of one of these groups saying their fighters would likely move to Kashmir after Afghanistan has been sorted.

So I know that if Pakistan wanted to pursue this line of sending fighters into Kashmir, fighters who have been battle hardened in Afghanistan, it will have plenty of options.

I feel Pakistan would have little choice but to direct them there because having these people not fighting can become a liability fast so my guess is they would be kept busy.

However, I don't know what strategy Pakistan and China have adopted and these new developments will fit into this but I know that things will likely change for the better for Pakistan with a propakistan government in Afghanistan.

What that means for Kashmir and how after the recent developments there and with these fighters likely entering and the Chinese pressure will all play out. However, it does seem that things will likely get tricker for India in both Kashmir and Afghanistan.

Talking to the Taliban is indeed shameful, and shows a myopic spineless foreign policy of India

What does propping, arming, aiding, and abetting the same Taliban make pakistan, @SQ8 ?
But your NSA's logic,
India speaking to Taliban - Shameful (Which is correct)
Pakistan being collaborators of the same -?

The shame on India's part, if it ever grows the integrity to feel it, comes from bending to the Taliban after 20 years of typical Indian hyperbolic chest beating against them. Not some universal moral argument which you are trying to make this in to. Unless one is disingenuous enough to pretend that his support for the Northern Alliance, which by all accounts holds equal moral bankruptcy as the Taliban, did and does not exist. Nice try though.

Pakistan has no such insecurities. Instead, given the fact that everyone, including India, is now desperately realigning themselves, vis a vis the Taliban, to the same tune as Pakistan's, we get to laugh at India for once again being shown its actual place. How does the foot taste?

you've been playing 'games' and losing for 70 years. When will you actually do something? As usual some tall talk.
Seems like bhart schools have politician, army and media influence. That's why your type are being produced with nonsense.

The reality is that in last 7 decades India was banged in 47-48, 65, 99, 2019. Still you are such a shameless that you want us to keep reminding you.

Secondly, nothing from your media is acceptable because all your media produce is fakes and lies.

Pakistan says Afghanistan whether under Taliban or anyone should do according to them or go as per their wishes like a big brother or boss. But has it done anything in Afghanistan to make a dent in people's mind that actually Pakistan is a friend. Big things like Road, University or hospital or dams or airport or agricultural or industry to help them? OR only ISLAM? Islamic Card?

Infrastructure comes after war not during it.

Afghanistan has hardly seen any stability since the 70s even by 70s Afghan standard.

This is why last American president was a fan of Indian libraries in Afghanistan.

Pakistan has been more than a friend for Afghanistan.

Good look to indians trying to convince talibans to take their stance against pakistan and also good luck to talibans if they ever think of supporting india which is a Hindu nation most talib members will start deserting their ranks after all they are a Islamist group and their stance on kashmir can never be towards india it will always be pro pakistani. India has nothing common with them if there were you wont wait 30 yaers to have a contact with them. India Talking to talibans can never be a threat to pakistan 😂😂😂
