its not look like radar its something frequency type dvice

i have not idea what this is but it looks frequency device to me more than a radar

Are you sure its a radar looks more like a radar seeker to me could be wrong though.
Technically speaking, there is no way to tell. Any antenna or antenna array can be either a transmitter/receiver or receiver only. What we see is an array -- a directional array. It could be for directional transmission/reception or it could be directional reception only. No way to tell just by looking.

However, those devices embedded in the array's surface and their placements are telling of what they are testing...Very telling indeed...I wonder if they are testing a...

It's Vietnamese, like you.

Is this your way of saying you don't know?

You keep beating around the bush. I just want you to clarify.

Am just waiting for you 'Chinese physics' experts to go first. But it is telling on what you highlighted in my post. It is telling in that you did not know that there is no way -- just from looking -- that an antenna is for either transmit/receive function or reception only. Even a straight vertical pole can be a transmitting radar -- omnidirectional. What I posted was in general term and if you did not know that...

So what does 'Chinese physics' say about those embedded round thingies? Multi...???

I wasn't sure and I decided to keep my mouth shut.

No need to become defensive. Just checking to see if you weren't sure. It seemed like you couldn't make up your mind on taking a position.

You were not sure? You were not sure that there is no way to tell? That is funny. But now this is another bit in a long chain of knowledge you learned from me.

The one who is being defensive here is YOU, buddy. For someone who boasted about his technical prowess via how many Youtube views of his nonsensical J-20 vid, you are now technically stumped. Looks like 'Chinese physics' is not so good at taking the lead in explaining basic principles but only good at twisting real knowledge only after its practitioner learned something new from real physics.

so, what are those white circle things are for and their displacements?
