I don't care about other countries but i do respect each and every country. I am Pakistani and i only can talk about Pakistan. Our system have so many loops that we still have lot of people in our govt that is not eligible as per our Constitution and as well as as per our Religion and it is clearly define in both that person must having good reputation. so why aren't we establishing a Islamic state. why aren't we implementing the Islamic laws in our country. why are not changing the constitution of our country according Islam.
I agree with you that Chinese system is much like Islamic system that is why they are so good .in every thing ' aprox '. we are Muslims and we are not following our own rules. and result we are going down and down and down.

In term of Management if you didn't implement the system doesn't make that system fail. You didn't read the Islamic system and you didn't know of how it works but making comments in that system, if that system is not good then asked even country to stop mailing system, stop Police system, stop jail system, stop Hospital system, stop university system, stop transparency system, army post system and many more systems and then come up with other system, because these system is part of Islamic way of governance and world learn from us (Qur'an and Hadith)

Now you are off the gird. The khilafat was over in 3 March, 1924. Due to the last khlifa of Turkey he was betrayed by his loyal servant. Until that time English and American and others couldn't think about to attack the Muslim's territory not even in dreams.

One day the system of khliphate will end and then an inherit (democratic) system will establish and then again the khliphate will over come .

In Islam there is concept of democracy according to another Hadees " Muslims should have one Ameer. If someone else come offer him self against the Ameer then murder him."
