what is wrong with database of defence.pk?

Assalam-u-Alaikum everybody,

well this question that I am going to ask is specifically for the administrators of defence.pk. You see, I am a regular visitor of this site for about an year and have all praises for this site. But for some time now I have been faced with a strange problem, and that is that some times when I try to open this website or a thread, it displays an error message citing a database error, and after that no matter how many times I retry, this error just keeps on popping. Ultimately, I then have to close the browser and wait for 10-15 minutes and then retry to open this site at which it usually opens and works normally.
Before any of you come to the conclusion that something is wrong with my computer, I also access this website from my university and even there I have come across this error several times. So I would like to ask that is it true that the database of defence.pk goes down from time to time or is it just me doing something wrong?

I must say that I am a member of several other forums and nowhere else I have encountered this error.

Any help and suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank You.

It comes on Saturday. Because the site is performing maintenance at this time. Especially today the server was really busy. Please note the time when it happens again. Thanks for letting me know.

Yup, this "database error" also pops up no matter which computer/web service I use. I also get logged out automatically... how does that work and what exactly is the log-out time for the website?

my ip was banned twice yesterday.. with a window period of 3hours in which i contacted the neo and blain2, and they said i wasnt banned.

all the day i was thinking what i did wrong

and today im automatcally opening the forum without problems.

it happend to me too a few time - when i opened this website on my phone. i thought its because - i opened it on phone and website is not very compatible with it.

Yeah, this IP banning issue is there. An IP I use has been banned: whenever I have tried using in the last three days, a message appears on the computer saying your IP has been banned by the administrator. It doesn't make much difference but yeah sometimes when you just want to quickly check messages, you can't do that.

After edit addition: I was hitting refresh but the same message has appeared for two days now. It's not much of a problem though.
