At 11:09 you see there are actually 2 such structures. THere rest of the vid is all air defence systems practicing. Relative to the other defence assests , the structures do not look very big (not big enough to be a missile launch platform) I suspect it is a shooting range. So, ... telemetry towers?

i noticed that but the 11:20 were a lot clear , :cheesy:

The video shows locally built SA-2 firing at 8:10m ... after Chapparel! Next at 9:00 is SA-3, with its guidance radar. THen at 9:40 Hawk. The Fan Song radar is in full frontal view a 5:51. At 11:20, you see a side view.

In fact, therefore, well spotted. (I think it is E rather than F, but only after review of various subtypes )
