Ottoman empire is a past and its just another empire like the Roman and Greek empire which flourished for a particular period and dried away just like most of the empires. Turks should concentrate on the present and this remembrance of Ottoman glory wont benefit their present circumstamce.


Also the fun fact is that the Caliphate was never able to control the entire muslim community. There were numerous sovereign muslim kingdoms in Spain, Central Asia and Africa which never gave two hoots to what the Caliphate has to say. They ruled as per their wish and maintained alliance with whomever they found beneficial. It is a farse that the Caliphate united the muslim world.

After his death the muslims fought amongst themselves example Battle of Camel. Caliph Umar and Khalid bin walid also fought many rebellions amongst the muslim community in their lifetime.

Its funny Pakistanis or at least PDF Pakistanis don't consider Afghanistan a Threat while it is the only Country in the World that have claim on Pakistani Sovereign Territory accepted by the World. They claim All the land up to Indus River. they don't accept Durand Line.
And Despite of the Durand line issue how long would you think Afghanistan will take to become stable? Its locked in a never ending Civil war between Warlords and Tribes. Its Spillover will stop hurting Pakistan in near future miraculously?
Its hilarious More people thinking Israel is a threat which is situated in a completely different region without any influence in our region not having any power to existentially threaten Pakistan. What if Tomorrow Israel Palestine Conflict is resolved will we have any more enmity with them? they are totally irrelevant for our national security.

Salute to Threat Analysis of the majority regarding Afghanistan. People of Pakistan cannot digest the fact that a Muslim Majority Country can also be your enemy.
