Delhi is not the capital of India by the way, New Delhi is. I doubt you would find slums, or poverty of any kind in New Delhi.

Does your city even have the concept of Public transportation?All i see is 10 lane highways that benefit only the top 10%. That is no way to plan or indeed administer a city.

Islamabad population is 1.8 million

dono man, are you talking about Gawadar??, it is said to be the next dubai, but it has a long way to go, still under construction

Almost 80% people in Islamabad has there own transport, even my driver has it own transport, and that 10 lane highways and Avenues are like heaven for drivers in Islamabad, and as i have mentioned before, in post #382

am aware of that, Many famous capitals of the world dont have such things cuz they dont need it, IMO Islamabad is not huge as Delhi so dont need metro like thing, but still Islamabad will have Islamabad Mass Transits on its way soon cuz Islamabad is expanding its size and we will be needing it in future, i noe its a future project so sorry for mentioning it earlier

After All ,Delhi is not a hill station..
but Delhi is ahead of ISB in all accounts
Transport:-Metro,Green n red buses..in numbers..
Offers Administration at the highest quality,
Very Very Very ahead of ISB in terms of Infrastructure.
High Tourism attraction.
High rate of residency from other nations.
Great Great Hospitals(AIIMS,Fortis,Escort,Apollo) all renowned in world.
ISB doesn't have world famous ones..
Very high level of Education
IIT(no need to tell) World renowned
DU
JNU
IIM
nd so many..
Tell, me any of ISB's or even Pakistan's Institute which is world renowned and where people from abroad come to study..
