In the Indian Forum there seems confirmation that indian defense budget for 2009-2010 is $32 BILLION.
The split is approx $10 billion wages slaries pensions
£10 billion for current operational costs
£2 billion for research
£10billion capital outlay for existing/new WEAPONS orders.
IN OTHER WORDS its fairly transparent
Do we know What Pakistans spend is both terms of % to GDP and actually $$
Some have suggested 2.75% of GDP ($170 BILLION GDP) this wud mean $4.25 billion.
Others have said this figure excludes wages pensions and new weapons costs.
But then my question is how are these things funded and wat is the REALLY PAKISTAN DEFENSE BUDGET wen all is transparent.
" even i can see it cant be just $4.5 billion" or 2.75% OF GDP
