Some differences would be there between the two ethnicities of Chechens and other Russians just as Punjabis and Pashtuns are not identical. But to outsiders they look same.

Chechens should use their energies towards developing their economy instead of having useless and stupid desire of seceding from Russia. They should consider themselves fortunate to be associated with the great country of Russia - the country of Tolstoys, Solzhenitsyns, great scientists, mathematicians, chess players, programmers and what not.
