What if PTI wins 18 to 20 seats in By Election?

Coz, election only on 2 seats was postponed and only few people have been elected from multiple seats. Not sure about how many persons will keep PA seats and give up NA seats. Are nominated governors leaving their seats right now or will they wait till election of President?

I think picture Will be cleared by mid of September. And By Election election will more likely to be held in end of October.
