From the FDA's website:

Importing coffee, tea or spices for personal use

What are the requirements for importing coffee, tea or spices for personal use?

There are no restrictions on the importation of coffee, tea or spices for personal use, although they may be subject to Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspections if a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officer suspects contamination or insect infestation of the product. For more information from FDA call 1-888-723-3366. Contact FDA.

Please note that tea or spices containing fruit or vegetable leaves or seeds, including citrus leaves or seeds, are typically prohibited.

If you are ordering these items from a foreign business, that business will be required to file Prior Notice with FDA. These requirements DO NOT apply to food accompanying a traveler into the U.S. or being sent to someone in the U.S. by another individual.

Also, from a Huffington Post article:

Dried spices are usually allowed, though it has been noted by travelers that curry leaves are not permissible. The Customs department singles out tamarind bean pods as being allowed, while the following dried spices are not: orange, lemon, lime, and other citrus leaves, lemongrass, and veggie and fruit seeds. Condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo, and prepared sauces, as well as olive oil and vegetable oils are allowed. Comb honey, royal jelly, bee bread, and propolis (if not intended to be fed to bees) are allowed, as well.

You might have trouble sending henna to the US though. I wouldn't recommended it:

"About a year ago customs decided to tighten up on refusing or impounding henna shipments that do not comply with FDA regulation. The regulation did not change. Its just been an increase of enforcement at customs. When customs says “hey check out this non-compliant thing!” The FDA is obligated to follow through. Almost every henna importer I know has had this happen. Almost all of those have been able to jump through the prescribed hoops and get their shipment back. Almost of those have been able to receive later shipments with no problem. So yes, it is a pain, and a risk to get henna in the US, but knowledgable people have been able to navigate the land mines and they will continue to be able to even if they have losses from time to time. Fear mongering to the contrary serves only to increase sales with panic hoarding, or to attempt to push henna substitute products for henna art."

Apply orange on your face and every fruit you eat as long as it's juicy .

Avoidsun , always keep shades and sun block on your skin.
Drink a lot of water , water helps a lot for skin like no other can help you .

Clean and clear face wash is good for removing dirt on face but use it less .

If you're enough privileged to ho for suana steam bath , you should must do it .

.
???? Are you asking about henna powder?

it's very hard to travel with

I want to parcel henna powder to US as one American lady asked me for that...there are also prospects that if she likes the sample, she may demand more as she wants me to become her supplier of henna powder...She is about to start her business on henna in US...

But what I m hearing and reading is that US customs don't allow henna to be parceled into US from outside world...

I don't think herbs are that effective , I dont try it but am scared that as they've so many hot massala in them , it may cause a damage . I once tried haldi on my face when I was a kid , I it created some marks on skin .

Plus , I have also tried drinking mint water in morning , it helps . You only have to boil some mint , podina in a hot water at night and keep it in a safe place then in morning , drink it all before eating anything .
