Why do people think China and Russia will be friends forever, Chinas huge population will need to look elsewhere eventually. And Russia has the highest rate of wealth disparity/equality in the world with something like 100 billionaires owning a third of the countries wealth so I dont think Putin is going to alter to much without hurting a few of his best "billionaire" buddies.
