What Happened to Indian Spy kalbhushan yadav and India POW Chandu

Hello friends,

I just wanted to ask what happen to Indian Spy kalbhushan yadav and Indian POW Chandu.
Because I am trying to follow up on both stories but their is complete media blackout on both sides of border.
What will be the implications and mechanism, Pakistan Army will follow for both cases? I know for fact that kalbhushan yadav is done for . He ain't going to see the independent light for a long long time .But will Pakistan Army will hold court martial or transfer case to military courts for this gentleman to face his punishment?
Also what about Chandu . Which Pakistan has already denied that he haa been taken captive. So what will be the future of this gentleman and what Pakistan is planning to do to take maximum strategic advantage of this captive?

POWs should be returned after due process, today them tomorrow you.. He is merely a pawn of the Indian government.

Well that's the sad reality of this discussion. The problem is that the Pakistan Army does not accept that he is in captivity of Pakistan. And i am pretty sure when their will be discussions in near future between Pakistan and India . India will ask foe their troop back . And at that time I am guessing what type of advantage Pakistan can take for returning that gentlemen. If india decide to just forget him then it is completely different story

Khulla dill rakh yaar.. He is a pawn and should be returned. In return, Pakistan should expect the same from India if or when their troop gets captured.

He is not a POW. There was no ongoing " Declared War " and he was not wearing Indian uniform at the time of arrest.

At best, you can call him a detainee who was involved in espionage activities.
