What do you think about China (Your standpoint)?

ur funny dude i just posted u the news from international press what "other" countries think about u not what chinese think about themselves.and yet u live in denial..kudos to ur self pamperism.when u create a thread like this u must be ready to take criticism.no worries then u can "peacefully" issue warnings to japan, south korea, india, philippins, vietnam,u.s,bhutan and ur every damn neighbor.

Well qualified, intellectually sound criticisms are always welcome, but not those from news article or someone who is totally clueless about international political relational.

Ok, seriously, the Chinese are a great people (except for some yahoos on PDF!). It's the CPC that's screwing up China's foreign policies and its image across the world. They need to tone down their rhetoric and stop thinking that might is right.

For the CPC it's, 'My way or the highway'. And that's got everyone's goat!

Government: I dislike the Communist Party, as politically I am a classical liberal. However, I will not blindly oppose them just for the sake of opposing them. If they are doing something right in advancing China's interest, I am willing to support them and give praise where it's due. At the same time, I do not condone the corruption and violation of basic lawful rights. If the government cannot follow its own laws, how does it expect the people to do so?

Foreign Policy: China has been too soft in the past 30 years in asserting itself in Asia. However, it also did not have the military or economic strength to make a firm stand, so I will not blame them too much. The priority is to isolate a few select enemies (Japan & Philippines, Vietnam if they stray too far) and wield the stick against them, while keeping friendly terms with the rest.

How many countries did we attack in the last 30 years compared to United States? Numbers don't lie. I wish I can say the same for some retard Indians.

Not much good. Especially if you look at Tibet and east-Turkistan people they suffer a lot because of Chinese ocupation. And now Japan gets bullied. I hope Japan and south-Korea stand up and a coalition of the willing with US will make an end of this mess.

They might be source for cheap labor. I mean without them I would probably have to pay 25-50% more for certain products but I think we milked them out enough. An all out boycot of Chinese products should begin resulting in Chinese collapse and liberation of the opressed. International markets can easily transfer production to India and others.
There was never any legitimate claims to your "East Turkestan". You Islamic Turks are invaders to the region, while we were there more than a thousand years before you. Another lie you perpetuate is the fact that Uighurs are "suffering" when they tripled in population since 1949 and has better standard of living than ever..

I really like Chinese food.

I used to be very ambivalent towards Chinese women though. As they were quite poorly endowed in comparison to our women. Pretty flat, and not very curvy. Almost boy-like.

But I have been observing an upsurge off late which is probably due to better prosperity and nutrition.

So, currently, I really like Chinese women as well. :kiss3:

Besides this, I think China has really built up its manufacturing and infrastructure and become a serious contender for a future superpower. Along with Russia, Japan, and India, this really could be the Asian age.

But for that each of these should learn to look outward instead of inward. The world is a big place, and the shift of power and influence is posed to happen, if we concentrate on not getting bogged down with our differences internally.

China is a giant with high IQ,but unfortunately gets bullied by its "less capable" neighbors.

I wonder how many Chinese think like the clown @S10, who promotes a military action against Vietnam?
Yes, that bragger guy that praises his hometown (whereever it is, I don´t know) is larger than ours in economics terms.

The future is bright, the future is Chinese. Sorry, just had to say it and you know it's true!:-)

I wish the Indian are more smarter and knowledgeable so we can at least have a proper discussion with them. If any Indian want me to teach a lesson on any topic, feel free to ask.

News article is indeed as educational as reading history and analysis?

Thanks for showing the difference in our intellect.

But you need to understand that he is just conveying what he feels is his opinion and to be honest most people in India do feel threatened by China and its rise because we have reasons to do so.

China is one country that supports Pakistan with weapons even though China knows that it will be used against India. And i think this one reason is enough for us to have reservations about China..

There is no need for everybody to be highly intellectual to have opinions.

So far, very good job with building the country's infrastructure and lifting hundreds of millions from poverty. Just need to be more assertive on the international stage and get rid of privileges for minorities.
