Well the criminals have been arrested and investigations are underway. We go with evidence and testimonies of the ones affected and not on the rumours & fake stories. Both Pak-China are working together. I hope Chinese govt will do its part in stopping these criminals and give the highest punishment since they try to damage the trust and friendship between the two nations.

Where is the video? or a link at least . it sounds very un Chinese, Chinese mostly are law abiding fellows with little tendency of violence.
