As I always said, Israelis don't care about Pakistan, which is funny considering the obsession certain Pakistanis have on Israel

only Islamists, a lot of regular people don't really think about it (all are pro Palestine just like vast majority of 2 billion Muslims on earth) and for our government, they follow the collective stance of other Muslim governments nothing unique or individual about it
our only enemy in the world is India, others not really an issue unless they go out of their way to hurt us

Probably not good, because the Israelis are at odds with the Palestinians who are mostly Muslim.

It was a bit more positive then I thought it would be, its obvious they are completely oblivious to the average Pakistani`s thoughts on Jews based on the rather positive responses lol. But I cant say I dislike Israelis as people, I just wish they could be empathetic to what happens in Gaza and what they go through at a daily basis.

Most young Israelis, especially the women, are very liberal and open minded. It is unfortunate that the history stands between us and I genuinely feel sorry for the nice ones for being born into a conflict zone. They can't be blamed for the crimes of their ancestors. After all, you cannot blame a thief's child for being born into the situation.

Buddy, I love Pakistan, too, but let's be real. Pakistan is one of the most corrupt and one of the easiest countries to buy influence.

Also, Israelis are a thousand times more patriotic, organized and resourceful than Pakistanis. In the face of terrorism they have completely changed their society to deal with it. If you leave out Israeli Arabs for a second, they have one of the most eqalitarian and democratic societies in the world. Even the daughter of the highest politician will go to the same school and must serve in the front lines alongside the son of a janitor.

There are a lot of good things we can learn from Israeli society, if we set aside their anti-Arab bigotry.

To be honest, we (Pakistanis) did alot of not so nice things in the Israel Palestinian conflict.

For instance, Zia ul Haq’s role in massacre of Palestinian fighters from Jordan in Sep ‘71.

Pakistan needs to stay out of conflicts. We have our hands full fighting traitors within.

Some of them use the word "Pakistani" as a pejorative when in India.. like they'll go into a shop, look at some stuff they dont like and ask "Pakistani ?" ... I think they mostly do it to humor Indians but not many bite.. kinda ridiculous but it is what it is.

They're super aware of big world/border conflicts generally, given they have a draft for the military and every able citizen must serve for a few years.. and love doing the famed hippie trail through India as almost a ritual post their draft.. lately they've been exploring south America a lot but some years ago India was their no1 place to unwind after their mandatory service.

Good people, just stuck in a bad situation with border conflicts and in a sometimes quite hostile neighbourhood.
