Well, he's the latest poster boy of Pakistan - a murderer with ten cases of murder against him including killing of police personnel whilst on leave, and butchering a number of unarmed sarpanches in their villages, all Kashmiri Muslims. Brandishing an AK47 and threatening to kill more sarpanches if they didn't resign, this yahoo had a Rs10 Lakh bounty on his head for his shenanigans.

But what did the PM of a neighboring country say? He has the gall to call this murderer a 'martyr'! Jeeez!

P.S. And some people out here are comparing this gun toting murderer to Bhagat Singh!! @Zarvan bhai, you ain't serious are you?

So what would you call Nawab Akbar Bugti who was killed by the PA under Mush's orders? He never carried a gun nor murder anyone like your poster boy Wani did! Well if they declare war against the state of Bangladesh(and want to separate) and target security forces they will be classified as insurgents...not terrorists...unless they target civilians....even if civilians are killed as a colateral damage and not the intended targets they are still insurgents and not terrorists.

Lets assume a 15 member group, out which same 1 or 2 people always assigned a job to eliminate civilian targets. So going by your logic those 1 or 2 are terrorist and remaining 13 are not??

I trust you brother and let me tell you, I am not a Hindu but a Sikh and I don't like to make sweeping statement about Indian Muslims. I expressed what was in my mind. Same thing happened with Sikhs too. But I am a nationalist and identify myself as Indian before my religion. One more thing, I live in only Muslim majority town of Punjab with 60%-70% Muslim population and I have lot of Muslim friends. Cheers!!!!!!

I do not agree with you there. The killing of their Hindu Pandits was not religious then what was it? Were they not invited for that independence party? Why not? I have no hesitation in calling it what it is.

If the group ASSIGNS people to target civilians that group automatically becomes a terrorist organization along all of their associates. But if they have rogue members that target civilians when the group does not assign them to target civilians you cannot call that group a terrorist organization...just an insurgent group with rogues in them....there may be a couple of US soldiers who targeted and killed civilians in the Iraq war that does not make the US armed forces a terrorist organization.
An interesting case is the Taliban....the US itself has a hard time classifying them as a terrorist or an insurgent...but from a military and legal standpoint these classification are important.

This. The same Constitution which provides and protects fundamental human rights and which also provides various provisions to address the problem is being abused as being inconvenient? If the terrorist had any ounce of thinking capability, that idiot would not have taken up arms against the state and would have used the Constitution of India to find solutions.
