What countries are China's major allies?

Now Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Iran, Myanmar, Russia & Africa Allies of China.
What about other countries? Comments Welcome.

.
What countries, if any, does China have treaties of mutual defense obligation? Are there any countries that China has agreed to help to defend against attack and vice versa? Isn't this the true measure of an ally?

.
russia is not a reliable ally i must say, as they believe the rule of interests above all else, even at the expense of the longlasting cooperation relationship if they are given a single chance to grab lands from others. those african countries are just wanting to find a counterbalance to western influence in the african continent, they may shift their ground when their stance of supporting chinas cause colliding with the interests they can gain from offbalancing the west. it is a sad truth and fact but they can still be normal friends anyway for china. the rest countries neighbouring china of course can develop closer relationship with china. that is my opinion anyway, dont take it too seriously.

.
chinese diplomats did say, not forming alliance with particular countries is forming mutual trust and alliance among the all countries in this planet, hope you understand.

That's the last thing China needs or wants. IMO, that should be the last thing America needs or wants as well.

Strategic ambiguity or flexibility is much more realistic in a multi-polar, nuclear-armed world. Anything along the line of Truthseeker's view is harking back to the suicidal time of 1914!

What is the measure here?

For China it is simple rule your markets and natural resources and their products. For some it may work this way but allies are formed if both the countries have take away out of the relationship.

China may have accumulated huge forex reserves and American debts and has economies of scale in manufacturing other than this they don't have anything to bring to the table by way of innovation or technology.

It’s a double edge sword initially you will feel the euphoria of cheap goods but in the long run it will finish whatever little manufacturing industry base you have.

This is not to run down China as each country has to ensure its interest first. So it must be a carefully evaluated and calibrated relationship where long term mutual benefits are clearly mentioned. On this China is not well known for honoring bilateral trade agreements. So each country has to ensure they don’t become a colony of consumers of Chinese goods.
Pakistanis have a special place for China as an India I can understand that but other sovereign countries who can exercise choice and have the means must have their national interest above all.

fallacy,it call mutually beneficial cooperation ,china needs lots of natural resources ,but we buy the resources and bid those projects with real $,with equitable contracts, that's why we always win the bids, chinese govt also provide large assistance and interest-free loans to help these countries' development, those projects prove substantial local employment ,the big costmers for china's products are developed countries, not india, not other developing countries,so i don't think it hurt anyone in anyway

as a reminder that the indonesia still discriminate the local chinese people who immigrated to that god damned country in the last century during the civil war of china and famine. those people work so hard stuggling to survive until now. the current indonesia government fears the current powerful china but in its deepest heart they hate this different race settling down in their "homeland"(note: the whole big indonesia is the colony range left by the Dutch), although they contributed to the local economy greatly at the early stage of indonesian development, they now didnt deserve the rights that belong to them. why did the anti chinese riot in1990s happen??
and what is their living conditions and standards now?? outsiders can never truly know how they feel towards their own identity and lost direction and culture. NOW THE QUESTION IS , WILL CHINA DECIDES TO LEAVE THEM BE AND LET THEM MEET THEIR FATE AND SUFFERS THE HEARTBREAKING IDENTITY CONFUSION. THE ENTIRE CHINESE COMMUNITY AROUND THE GLOBE ARE WATCHING.

SO YOU CHINA GUYS CAN TRULY KNOW WHY LEE KUAN YEW RECENTLY WOULD SAID ALL THOSE THINGS IN FRONT OF USA ,AND YOU ALL GET SO FIRED UP WITHOUT KNOWING YOUR COMPATRIOTS DILEMMA. IF CHINA REALLY WANT TO BE THE INFLUENTIAL GLOBAL SUPERPOWER THEN CONVINCE YOUR WORLDWIDE SCATTERED COMPATRIOTS FIRST, THEY ARE THE ONE AND ONLY RELIABLE STEPPING STONES FOR CHINA RISING INFLUENCES PENETRATING INTO LOCAL SOCIETY.........
