What country in the world is thinking of bullet trains when it cannot even run conventional trains reliably, let alone even freight trains?

Bullet Speed, 954.54 miles per hour.

With this definition, no bullet train is actually "Bullet" Train.

But again as per Wiki, Bullet trains are just "High" speed trains, yes 250 KM/hr is slow as per standard, but why not if it the start for us to the future?

Ps: No where NS said these are the bullet trains, so stop trolling around.

I feel pity for all those who are laughing. Its actually a moral default that while PTI members joined the Q legacy of calling Metero a jangla buss and infrastructure as unnecessary. The same people use Motorways and Metero for travelling. They should also make a resolve that they will never use metero, motorways, get scholarship from PEEF, refuse to take Laptops or anyother incentive from N. But I don't see that, in fact my personal PTI friends keenly took laptops but then again say that," It was our right because we deserved it, but government should not waste money on this".

Slogans that were going to be put to rest after elections...Where is the lahore to peshawar train? and before elections this was not the speed he promised. Infact TBF in a country whose entire railway infrastructure is a mess is obviously dreaming about running bullet trains. Besides with teh amount of load shedding happening nobody even gives a damn about the train.

Just to aim high. Scarcely 20 years ago, Pakistan had faster trains at 120 KPH in the region. We can do it. But PTI supporters laughing it all off need to think what magic could IK bring? He would be just as constrained. PTI people need to think about votes, not rhetoric.
