There's quite a lot of Viking inspired Folk metal bands around today like Tyr, Menhir, Turisas and Finntroll, but one that comes to my mind immediately is L.E.A.F:

L.E.A.F - SUURIN

Korpiklaani is another, but their music tends to be about the Nordic's favorite pastime - Drinking.

Korpiklaani - Vodka. This one's more Polka inspired, but that's traditional Folk in the Baltics
