BTW how is the strength training/workout regimen going?

(1). Slide push-up.
(2). Regular push-ups I don't do "decline" but full on floor with gaze to the front.
(3). Bench-press ( actually cot-press with two blankets and pillow under my back ) at least once a day. 37 reps, one set. I intend to purchase another twin set of 2.5 kg weights for the bar-bell.
