What are you guys studying these days?

ofcourse PMP is not only going to be in demand but i think its already on the top of the heap.even in Pakistan, engineering professionals prefer project management programs to the specialization in the same field.

as for the languages, i easily go along ,be it japanese ,arabic etc.i easily pick the vocabulary.
i can speak japanese,English.some arabic but no fluent.as Father has travelled through the world, i have a thurst for different languages and it a good thing to learn more than one languages!

Japanese is a difficult language will less future perspectives than Chinese.
Why don't you try Mandarin?

I am doing MBA from Karachi University Business School (KUBS).engineering from abroad is a good option particularly from U.S or Australia.

lol, salman bhai, i appeared for the test of IBA and its very very simple, if u give tym, a lil tym for two-3 months, u assure ur self getting admitted in IBA, IBA is in KU campus, zabist is another great opotion, why didnt u try there???, and i thing UK is best option after U.S, i heard from my a-level friends saying tht the one who doesnt get admitted to any of the US or UK uni, then he tries for australia!!!, eng from US or UK(if u can afford) is the best option u get in the entire world esp the top ranking uni, manchester comes in top 50s!!!

Doing 4th year of Bachelor of Accountancy, and advanced stage of ACCA during the same time. Planning to do CFA after finishing ACCA.

u mean CA, with ACCA, my brother says, both r very diff, if u have done ACCA, u can proceed with CA which req less amount of tym then actual CA, well my brother is having last yr of ACCA!!

I mean you want to go in technical line or direct to management. I humbly suggest you go ahead with GATE if you want masters degree. MBA can be done latter in the form of executive programs run by various colleges (IIMs also) or from correspondence.

I hope I can finish off my PMP by mid Oct... My company just approved Oracle Business Intelligence training for me.

Always wanted to learn that, but not actively pursuing it as a career. So can't just blow away $10k on it. But since its free, so what the hell
