Probably not, they don't seem to be in service outside of the US military and US civilian law enforcement.

It says military and law enforcement - not specifically US military; I can't find any information to verify that foreign sales have occurred though. They don't seem to be in service outside of the US.

there are mostly manual transmission cars here in India .
