I have researched a lot about Naya KPK and IK and Khattak is delivering a very good performance there. They have changed the Police, Patwari etc culture and have removed corruption a lot there. Education, Health and Law n Order situation has changed what I never found is that how many jobs the government of PTI created? I know that no can give an accurate number but do someone have an estimation? Khattak has started mega housing projects, dams and other development projects which created jobs so I am looking for an estimation number about how many jobs there government created and reply only if you have a correct estimation?

No proper survey has been made apparently and I can't seem to find any news articles or reports regarding to this matter. Estimating without any data would be a wild guess, so there's no use doing that in my opinion.

i wont be surprised if no significant new jobs have been created so far. In the absence of heavy induction of people in the government sector, private sector is the driver of job growth in any economy. All the institutional changes being introduced in KPK are very encouraging and will facilitate the ease of doing business. However, it will take time before new investment starts pouring into the province following the improvements in the governance structure.

Also the local bodies system is very crucial for job creation. Distribution of development funds to the district and village level will give boom to many small scale business activities thus creating local job opportunities for the population.

The mega housing projects that Khattak has started with a major share of chinese investment will give jobs to lots of builders? The dams that the provincial government has started will also give jobs to lots of people. Khattak has regularized all the contract based doctors. I read somewhere that thousands of teachers are also being hired on the basis of merit. Specialized police/commondo forces are also being created and I am sure that thousands of jobs so far have been created with these steps. Local Bodies election winner will also win a job for 5 years lol

haha plenty of jobs since now there will be village councils as well!

I am very skeptical about these 'mega' projects which our govts are so fond of signing with foreign govts. Its simple! if there is no investment friendly environment, there wont be any investment. To start with, most of them are MoUs and one can sign as many MoUs as one likes without any tangible outcome.

My faith is on the governance reforms which the KPK govt has introduced and is introducing. Once the investment environment improves, investment will start flowing in. However, there is always a time gap between governance improvement and investors response.

The inductions in the education, health and police department which u are mentioning are good signs but are only a temporary fix as far as the economy is concerned. The professional posts in these departments were under-staffed. Once these vacancies are filled, these departments will no longer be able to create enough jobs to accommodate the growing working population. Ultimately, everything will fall back to how investor friendly any given economy is. This is what I am hoping for from the PTI led KPK govt.

100% and no less.

Heck even IK's own sons found internships in KP and now work there full time.

According to my research IK is doing his very best in every sector which is under his supervision. He has delivered and is constantly delivery all the services which a provincial assembly can do and he is doing much better than these Noora's and these so called Bhuttos. As far as investment and jobs is concerned KPK needs to end Terrorism and poverty first which is in the hands of Federal Government. KPK produces about 4000 mega watt cheap hydel power electricity (even more because IK has started micro power projects) and its peak demand is 2000 mega watt but still there is loadshedding of even 16 hours/day because Noora's don't want to give Peshawar Electric Supply Company rights to KPK. His Mineral Policies are great which is pouring in money. And the Federal government also own 1.5$ Billion of KPK which they aren't giving.

A couple of new companies have been started like Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa Oil And Gas Company Limited (KPOGCL) and PEDO (Pukhtoonkhwa Engery Development Organization). They advertised some jobs 2 months back from now asking for candidates from managerial and technical backgrounds but they haven't given any response as yet. Thats what I have experienced so far.

Lol, Now this is way too over exaggerated. ANP is the most corrupt and dishonest party of Pakistan.

Agree ANP perhaps the worst corrupt party today.......but I am almost certain PTI corruption under the CM in KPK not any less then ANP...

I beg to disagree brother. PTI under the leadership of Parvez Khattak may be doing corruption upto some extent in KPK but you can't compare them with ANP's corruption anyway. ANP's ideology itself is corrupted. They have been misusing the Pukhtoon name for their votes while their deliverance is nothing but ZERO in KPK.

:coffee: Still waiting to get a job in KPK and leave Punjab

Why do you want to leave Punjab?

I am not a supporter of either PML or PTI. As things stand, KPK still has a lot of ground to cover. Even if a hypothetical 100% peace is established today, it will stake around 5~10 years for real investment to start pouring in. By real investment I mean MNCs setting up factories or local businesses opening new shops/offices etc, not these government owned organizations like PEDO, KPOGDCL etc.

Same goes for the rest of Pakistan too. But currently, major cities in Punjab have far more job opportunities, better infrastructure, relatively better law and order situation etc.

Are you seriously comparing ANP with PTI? ANP ministers were known as "easy load" in Mardan, Bannu etc because they required "easy load" (bribes) for everything from getting a transfer in government departments, transferring your land in your son's name, permits for timber etc. PTI has changed the province a LOT. There is no comparison here my friend.
