Indeed. The Soviet Union was more ideologically correct and involved. Unfortunate that it dissolved. And we know that China joined the Western-supported invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980s by thousands of transnational criminals and China helped them with weapons and probably other things. Many of these criminals later formed Al Qaeda. No remorse from China yet for joining this Western government plot that killed two million Afghan civilians.
And what are China's values, dear sir ? Internally you have a Capitalist economic system in a supposedly Socialist country and has stock market in which people gamble, lose money, become helpless and jump into steel furnaces or off buildings. Externally China seems to have become the colonizer, at least in Africa, and ally with anyone if it serves China's economic and military interests.
Fancy way of saying that if a certain country has a few but active criminals and regressives and the majority are silent / apathetic or are scared and there are a few progressives China will just let the criminals and regressives takeover the country. That is China's position. Case in point - Afghanistan, Taliban, fleeing and scared people and the SPA.
Indeed. The Chinese Communist Party just is an ultra-nationalist movement that has sadly forgotten the ideal of pan-human Communism. The CCP is just a means of continuing China as a one-party dictatorship.
