The only people stopping a unity between Muslim nations are Muslim rulers themselves.
Without If Muslim nations were all democratic they could form some sort of union with each other. Right if one ruler wants to form a union he's lie OMG the other king would take over!
So boundaries ARE there, and they are in place because of Muslims. You can't hold a grudge with the west for 3rd March 1924 in 2006.
