Imran Khan is building a Cancer Hospital in Karachi. Hospitals in Sukkur and Jamshoro for flood victims. he is not spending money on building Sector Offices in every Mohallah, he is doing things that can really help the public.

I was a roomate witha guy from Karachi who was robbed by a masked gunman near his mohallah and the masked gunman was the MQM Sector Incharge because he recognized his voice beyond a reasonable doubt. Though this is just one example out of thousands.
